Account Manager - Client Success

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a desire to build long-term relationships with a portfolio of fashion retail clients, across a variety of key business executives and stakeholders in a fast paced and evolving industry landscape. The Account Manager will manage, drive, and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain ongoing relationships with clients. The Account Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional external and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions. This position reports to the Director of Connected Products.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of EON clients. 

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, including owners and executives.

  • Lead the client roadmap strategy overseeing development from concept, through pilot, to implementation and scale guiding the client’s cross functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Sustainability/Circular Economy, Technology, Ecommerce and Digital Technology teams for implementation.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team/Onboarding post sale to onboard new clients to EON products.

  • Be the client champion internally connecting to EON’s cross functional teams in order to execute on client roadmap strategy.

  • Oversee the business processes associated with client accounts, including software and licensing contracts with clients, onboarding, and renewals.

  • Forecast and track client goals and KPIs and report consistently to the client for awareness.

  • Become an expert on our technology solution, and how it can deliver value for our clients.

  • Provide training on system functionality and provide recommendations for optimal usage.

  • Track the success of your clients on EON Product Cloud using data and modify your customer recommendations as needed to maximize the outcome.

  • Capture client feedback on the software and translate that into product requirements.

  • Find ways to increase our clients’ value through best practices, use cases, workflow and additional products.


Key Skills & Experience


  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management; SaaS/Software experience a plus

  • Experience in Customer Success a plus

  • Relevant fashion experience preferred (Sales, Operations, Planning, Merchandising, Retail, Buying, Sustainability etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of a company and organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Slack 

  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presenting skills

  • Concise and effective communicator

  • Strategic, critical, and creative thinker, listen carefully, and can solve difficult problems

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

  • Proactive and curious with excellent collaborative skills

  • Always looking for ways to improve inefficient processes

  • Comfortable operating in a start-up environment
